my mother was born in la dorada, caldas , a few miles from cali, most of my family is from cali,  and i have relatives from medellin and bogota too..  ;D ;D ;D

Nice.  The standard Colombian accent is almost identical to the Spaniards, Noticias de Television Espanola, por ejemplo.  Yes...keep the good Colombian stuff to yourself...nothing but bad news on this site visiting your mom's homeland.   :)
