"Muscular Development"
« on: December 28, 2006, 05:28:46 PM »
Why do they have that no muscle-oilbag-dimwit, Greg Valentino representing them?

I don't know what's worse, his physique or his ability to speak on the radio.

i dont read md but i take it he's writing in it and not promoting his own physique or just talk about himself, so if thats the case what does it matter ? there's a ton of people writing for magazines that you have no clue who they are or what their body looks like

I don't read it either, I just caught that MD No bull radio show from the website, and he sounds like a total moron on it.

Valentino is a fucking loser...I have first hand knowledge of his bullshit...How long is it before MD is out of business? That little fag Blechman owns it, which he NEVER would have been able to do if it werent for his PHD (Poppa Has Dough)...and part of his staff is made up of convicted felons...I refuse to buy it even if it WAS good simply because I don't want to put another dime in that little fag's wallet and help support the career of Greg Valentino ...

From the Desk of bodybuilding famed photographer, Bill Dobbins:

As of the Feb issue (on sale as of now), MD will begin publishing photos and
articles of muscular women.  This is a real breakthrough and should
encourage the other magazines to do the same.

The first feature is The Three Faces of Female Muscle about female
bodybuilding, how it evolved into fitness and figure and the future of all
three categories - along with 25 photos.

Check out the issue and spread the words.  The better the sales of the Feb
issue the more motivated MD will be to increase its coverage of women in the
future.

Happy New Year all,

must be a lot more men who get off on masculine looking women than we thought. Or the marketing department has made a huge mistake.

So that must mean there will now be 26 pictures of Colette Nelson in each magazine instead of 18. Great.

MD knows that there are pervert schmoes with fetishes out there who will buy it just for the muscular women.

Seriously, who gives a shit if GV represents MD?   Who cares if he's injected with roids, oil and whatever else.   He writes one column and it's funny.....so what if he isn't a great public speaker?    The entire sport of bb is built on chemically enhanced people and the cultish fans (all of us) that were at one point completely captivated by them (some of which still are)....that's it.   And every one of us on Getbig came to this site because we were initially intrigued by these freaks (and still are).   BB is about lifting weights, gettin huge, posing and taking drugs.....who better to represent within the BB community then someone like GV?  He's an ultra-chemically enhanced-freak among other "normal" chemically enhanced freaks.  Further still, Blechman is employing convicted felons, friends and other assorted weirdos and purchased the mag with daddy's money.....so what?   Just more freaks in the freaky melting pot that we lovingly refer to as bodybuilding.   Bodybuilding has nothing to do with health....it's about freaks and getting your body as freaky as possible.   Sure we have a sector of natural bbs.......nobody fvckin cares either.   Fine, replace GV and put in Phil Heath or any other competitive bb.......the only difference is they use less amounts of bb drugs than GV, but somehow that's ok.....it's all stupid.    Enjoy bb for what it is and don't pretend its something else.
