I think five.  Twice were home wars though, with a 35-lb dumbbell only.  I don't have much in the way of weights at home.  Actually, just that dumbbell.

I have a physique contest next month, and intend to look my personal best.  Which will be 170, but pretty lean.  Also, healthy.
