Iīm willing to bet half these Crews couldnīt repair a thrown track or even split one for basic maintenance which i personally learned in my regiment after basic Gunnery. This all comes later along with experience.
This cannot be learned in a few weeks.

Hereīs the thing though, you can have the best Tanks in the world but if the crew is not well trained & work together as a team ( this is the important part as it takes time) you will not win.
I suspect some of these Tank crews have had a few weeks training at most (3-6) probably but this is only very basic training & to really know your shit takes much longer especially if going into a combat situation.
To Gel together as a crew takes much longer & to really know the Tank.
