I fail to see your point. My neighbor owned a German Shepherd that attacked anyone that came near it, he was a terrible pet owner, constantly beating it and telling it to attack shit in the backyard. It was put down after it jumped the fence and attacked a person jogging.
Shitty owner = more than likely shitty pet
Good owner = more than likely good pet
Simple. Pretty sure Pomeranians attack people more often than Pit's... It's just that when Pit's do it, they have a much higher chance of causing serious injury or death.
It's just like anything else... Someone mature and responsible will probably have no problems with their pet. There is always the chance that any animal will fly off the chain.
