He was last looking in on the 19th. But I think he went down with Shizzo after Pellius passed, and we had that whole brouhaha. The one question is how long the ban is for.

Shizzo is closet homosex, he claimed he trained years back when he first joined but lost interest but stuck around here which is all well and good but when he got banned from here he joined other bodybuilding forums which makes no sense if he’s no longer interested in training and invalidates his excuse for sticking around here
