I'm thinking that the 'abs' couldn't be separate either (free floating) as they would shift over time. Must have a plastic template in there with the abs punched into it.

im sure there are better examples of ab implants than that, but really... id of expected them to look better than that. maybe aslong as the general public sees a ripple or two, or a big 'ab-looking-muscle', they consider that 'great abs' ?
