I had a competitor friend in Hungary. Like 5'9", 235 in the offseason, looked normal, used some orals, test and GH...we were joking around and his blood pressure was 215 while sitting in an armchair. I'm not a doctor but yea this isn't sound normal I guess...

 If someone offered to pay me 10K to wear a thong on stage for a bunch of homos i'd do it. I don't see why you all are confused about why he stepped on stage.

 He looks unhealthy and shitty. But that's what professional bodybuilding as all about. Self-improvement gone too far, turned into self-destruction. This is what the game is all about. These pictures of Ruhl represent where bodybuilding is at completely.
