People often get wrapped up in lifting excessive poundages because they see all the steroid abuses around them in the gym.
It's a macho thing.
So I'm telling natural trainers to buy a set of weights and train at home.
You can focus on yourself that way, and avoid the distractions, of which there are many:
People offering to help spot you, personal trainers, lines at squat rack, etc...
The main thing is, feel the burn and contract the muscle slowly.
