again.. drugs are a big part.. but when these guys take time "off" many dont eat much compared to what they did when competing and they dont train with as much intensity.. when they come off they come off everything from food and hard training.. it is what it is..

he told me that he started BB with 11'' arm improved just 1 inch first year, got on the gear and improved 8 inch in the following year

so genetics are most importand
