I actually got bloodwork before prep, and everything was perfect.. my total cholesterol was almost too low lol, but good was perfect. However, god only knows what they are like now lol.

dude I haven't touched insulin in a VERY long time like over a year and even though I barely ever used it lol.. hated how I felt. I'm 5'8, so I am close to a midget but not full on yet.. too tall for 212s, too short for a normal life

It's one thing to post a pic and predict the sarcastic comments coming up. But it's another stating "candy bars, calzone" etc. as if it's a medal of honor. That right there contradicts yourself as a drug user. Because if you was natural it'd be more of a strict diet to get credited for.

Bro this was my only cheat meal in three weeks lol. I've been on very low carbs and doing an hour of cardio every single day. I also upped my training to 6x a week from 4x to help increase fatloss a bit. I feel like I'm dying 95% of the time. I have a big interview tomorrow, so I need to "refeed" lol. My show is in 10 days. I will be back to 75 grams of carbs a day for the next week and an hour of cardio. My getting shredded genetics are shitty.

eh, only if I am feeling lazy.. I will do intervals on my recumbnant bike at home at one of the higher levels and the stepper or arc trainer for the majority of my cardio.. My cardio sessions say I burn about 700/cals an hour.. which isn't the most accurate thing in the world but just gives u an idea. I don't go ape shit, but I go pretty hard the majority of the time. Sometimes though it is hard to get the energy to bust my ass.

I paid for my own schooling, well I should say loans helped me pay for school lol. I've supported myself since I was 18. I love my parents dearly, but they really couldn't support me if they wanted to. I lived at home for one year in the last 6 years.. I paid for all my own food, etc.. I only got a break on rent which was nice starting grad school. I worked throughout school, so they never supported persay.

lmao.. I wish I had the money for that. That would be fun. Not what you would expect. Tren makes me kinda screwed up so I definitely stay on the low end ..350 /week. I will either break out, get high blood pressure, or screwy sex drive when I go higher.

My best lifts ever were deadlifts 600x6, squats 585x5, incline 365x6.
I have videos of me deadlifting 600x4.5 two years ago and squats 545x8 last year.
I will say this though.. I trained the wrong way before. I trained like a jack ass and wannabe power lifter, not like a bodybuilder. Yea my lifts were strong as shit, but it did little for me muscle wise. I started using John Meadow's training program and focused 100% on form and higher reps/volume and I grew a lot more, yet was far from my strongest. I am still pretty strong, I am very close to my show so I am a weak bitch lol. I am somewhat proud of doing 405x10 on squats at the end of my leg workout this saturday two weeks out. It was a freak thing though. I only planned on doing 315, then they were taking pics to advertise for the gym lol, so I was a meathead and upped the weight.

lol the stack is the secret potion :D, jk.. everything is very basic, nothing mind blowing.. I think the thing that helped me the most this offseason was just plan out not giving a shit most of the time.. relaxing from training, supplements, diet, etc a few months before starting to prep helped me grow into a show.. I am guess this is how the pros do it. I only dropped 16 lbs this whole prep.
My diet is boring.. on lifting days:
meal 1: 4 pieces ezekial bread, 4 whole eggs, 1 cup egg whites
train:
meal 2: 3 scoops trutein pwo, 2 tbspn smart balance pb, 3 cups mixed berries
meal 3: 1lb grass fed beef raw and veggies, add in 1 cup of rice on back and leg day
meal 4: 3 scoops trutein, 2 tbspn smart balance
meal 5: 12 ounces chicken, 1 ounce almonds, veggies
sometimes I will have a meal 6 of trutein and smart balance pb.. This is usually only if im dying or for some reason up much longer than normal.
cardio only days I only have the fruit as the carbs.

Regarding physique - midsection should be tighter (as in "less wide"), but otherwise - shredded.. I'm very lean naturally, but it's still hard for me to be on a diet for an extended period of time.. Respect for going at it for 14weeks.. Hope you'll rerach your goals, whatever they may be, best of luck..

thank you.. lol very little. Two reasons: Knowing the right people and well honestly I just can't afford a lot lol. I have zero plans to be a pro at all. I do this because I love to compete and it was something pretty sweet to do in school. Now that I have my MBA and a HUGE job final interview in about 4 hours lol, bodybuilding will become second to me pretty quickly. I love it but am realistic about my genetics. I am excited to take on some new challenges in my life.

Was my an only child, was always the center of attention and extremely popular in grade school/high school/college and people considered me loud too lol and even won most outgoing in high school. So bodybuilding provided even thirty times more attention. The weird thing is, I am almost an introvert now lol.. especially this year. I don't think it will stay like this, I am just disgusted by the people around me in my city and don't have alot of respect or tolerance for jack asses lol. I was a fatty for about a 3-4 year period in my preteen/early teen years BUT i get pretty damn heavy in the offseason and don't give two shits about it lol. Plus I was more chubby, not like deathly obese.

Which one are you talking about? I read some of his stuff from T-BagMag and it was pretty interesting. I have to say that my mindset was so similar...balls out every time, was never interested in training lighter at times. Have you experienced any of the joint pains yet that are usually associated with that stuff?

His website, mountaindogdiet.com gives a ton more info.. if you join for $10/month u get a bunch of workouts, on top of everything else. It is definitely worth the money. My joint pain has gone down significantly. I have terrible knees to begin with and my AC joint really bothered me as well the last year or two.. since training more strict, the pains have been pretty much gone. I can also "feel" the muscle more.

Ha to be honest.. I place like shit. Last I took 4th out of 25 guys at the NPC pittsburgh at only 22 years old so I was thrilled about that.. went to JR. USAs, I BEAT the guy who took 5th there two weeks before it! I came in extremely flat(long story but dont wanna make an excuse.), then did Collegiate nationals and did bad there after doing the opposite and spilling over hard, losing my best condition ever. 2010 I took 3rd at collegiates.
This show I am doing is a small show, so I am feeling pretty confident about my chances. My condition has improved and I am much fuller (sounds like every bodybuilder)

I don't get it. Guys spend endless hours in the gym, choking down chicken breast, thousands on roids just to meet a shallow girl to fuck. I found it easier to eat what I want, be lazy and all I do is buy 100 grams of coke and offer a hit to crack hookers for sex. I get easily 100 or more sex sessions for pennies on the dollar.

thank you.. lol very little. Two reasons: Knowing the right people and well honestly I just can't afford a lot lol. I have zero plans to be a pro at all. I do this because I love to compete and it was something pretty sweet to do in school. Now that I have my MBA and a HUGE job final interview in about 4 hours lol, bodybuilding will become second to me pretty quickly. I love it but am realistic about my genetics. I am excited to take on some new challenges in my life.
Lmao.. I will give the short mental run down for why I am a bodybuilder.. Was my an only child, was always the center of attention and extremely popular in grade school/high school/college and people considered me loud too lol and even won most outgoing in high school. So bodybuilding provided even thirty times more attention. The weird thing is, I am almost an introvert now lol.. especially this year. I don't think it will stay like this, I am just disgusted by the people around me in my city and don't have alot of respect or tolerance for jack asses lol. I was a fatty for about a 3-4 year period in my preteen/early teen years BUT i get pretty damn heavy in the offseason and don't give two shits about it lol. Plus I was more chubby, not like deathly obese.
I think no.. insulin is what causes the bellies with visceral fat and water retention in the stomach. I can do a crazy vacuum and post it if anyone wouild like to see it lol.

I don't get it. Guys spend endless hours in the gym, choking down chicken breast, thousands on roids just to meet a shallow girl to fuck. I found it easier to eat what I want, be lazy and all I do is buy 100 grams of coke and offer a hit to crack hookers for sex. I get easily 100 or more sex sessions for pennies on the dollar.
I prefer to just sleep with low self esteem girls and risk getting the less dangerous STDs, rather than HIV from crack whores. This is why I bodybuild.
Ton of respect for you Matty. While I don't agree with pumping your body full of drugs, I must say I admire your honesty and hard work. Best of luck to you in competition and landing a great job!

Finger clubbing is idiopathic in 2/3rds of cases, however, the other 1/3 is cardiac related, you might want to get checked out given your
"conditioning'.
I don't have finger clubbing.. I have always had larger hands. My blood pressure is great, I have a monitor at home and will take a picture monday.

To get like that,near the end of my prep,I was eating 3 cans of tuna a day,2 shakes in water,and either 10 eggwhites or a 6 oz. chicken breast..........tons of water also,as much as I could stand to drink..........constantl y having to stop to piss no matter where I went.
Ate no carbs for 19 days...............one day while doing cardio I felt faint and stumbled up the street from the gym to a little store and ate a bunch of chocolate chip granola bars..........almost came in my pants. ;D
All I ran for gear was 750 mgs. Sustanon,500 mgs. Deca,and I took one legit pharma grade Anadrol 50 tab per day.
Cardio was 30 minutes only walking on an inclined treadmill........about 45 minutes before cardio,I took 25 mgs. of Ephedrine.
I trained like a freakin` animal though.

^^Thank you fellas! I still have a shit ton of work to do before becoming anything decent in bodybuilding lol. This show is the first time I feel very confident I can maybe win the overall, at least my class after posing last night. But, the show isn't anything special at all lol, so it wouldn't be a huge accomplishment but definitely a start in the right direction i hope.
I actually can do a pretty sick vacuum.. I was bloated from all the food. A bit of an older pic.. It is something I use in my poses and take pride in lol.
