What happen to Jay's arm according to Phil Hernon

Phil Hernon calls me out for stating Jay had a bad site injection in his left arm. He said Jay tore his shoulder and it is the blood pooling in his right bicep. He can fool people at professional muscle with all his BS. Wonder why Jay didn't say he tore his shoulder.

This Cutler/Hernon fued has gone too far.

jay's injured.  People need to just accept that.  He got hurt a few weeks back, either shoulder or bicep (the two are connected).

This shot talk nonsense is now a non-issue... it has been debunked by a fellow pro bodybuilder.  End of story.

he seems to come across as "honnest" because he talks about his own drug use but at the same time some comments he makes stops be from respecting the guy.

plus, the fake that he is selling fake peptides is disgusting. Same with Palumbo selling fake hgh
