Piana isn't that tall and doesn't have a large frame imo. Look at pics of him taken from the back. Most strongmen aren't even 350lbs and those guys are structurally far bigger than Piana, taller and with higher bodyfat.

I don't know. Maybe around 260lb. It depends on how much all that PMMA weighs? :D

can anyone cut and paste his cycle? personally i have no idea what hes using gear wise, but the fucker sure grows fast , i have watched a few minutes of his video logs by the day.

I like Rich , wouldnt want his physique though
