im just freakishly strong on the bench in my first few months of training i could use 450lbs, most likely due to all the bodyfat i had been carrying.  i genuinly belive im the strongest bencher in history.

I have figure out why Big G says the weight he does.  He is adding his own bodyweight.  120 lb laterals!  He must be adding the weight of each huge flabbly arm too.  So he is actually lifting 40 lb db's but his arm weighs 80 so he gets 120.  I got it now.  But the bench.  I think he only adds his upper body weight into the equation.  So his upper body from what it looks like weighs probably around 250.  So he has about 400 on the bar.  That sounds about right.  SO in reality he thinks he is doing the weight he says.  SO maybe we should give him a little slack.  Because it appears his pants don't give him much slack.

Um, he said that was his best bench back when he was training at Steve Michalik's gym. He was obviously a lot bigger/stronger back then, and was probably on the sauce.
