Title: standard lifting goals, either 1. getting stronger 2. blood flow and maintain
Post by: Marty Champions on October 05, 2015, 07:21:23 PM
If youre going for number 2 then why workout with weights do Physical and mental activities you enjoy like r work on electronics till your exhausted

Weight training for only maintaining should be replaced with work u enjoy

Training to get stronger 1. Means youl only be ur strongest after a warmup set. After that its 2. Blood flow training

You get type 2. Training by just going out mingling in the city

Marty - what is your level of study? Once you feel you have the basics down (linear algebra, calculus, network analysis will be the hardest bits, just an understanding without application level skill will be enough in these cases, to start off) subscribe to this comprehensive, free, certificated course from MIT:

https://6002x.mitx.mit.edu/

The secret to electronics is to learn to enjoy the mental torture that comes from turning a problem around and to realise that the way out is through slow, steady mental plodding - just like this course :)
