What kinda injuries did you have? I think your plan for today sounds good, will probably feel a little lame to just work with the bar, but there'll be another leg day within a week or so, better be slow and safe...
Injuries or not, coming back strength and cardio is always down, you can't get any real work done no matter how you look at it... one need to slowly get back to where things where.
I'm myself coming back after having my elbow injured... strength is nowhere near where I were before but at least I'm progressing from week to week and I know it won't be long until I can get some REAL sets done in the gym
