im trying not to eat after workouts this way all food is used during workouts! maybe this will keep fat from piling on. i may not be the most ripped natural but i will be the biggest one day. and one day i will finally learn how to be big and ripped at the same time. now i shall just put on size while learning my body

what tis that?

right now im in experimentation mode i want to put on size and i know to put on size i have to workout progressively harder and MORE time lifting short rest periods, the only way to do it is with LOT of food to fuel the monster workouts. i would think eating before would be the most beneficial but not after.

i dont post on here much been depressed at the normalness of life. time to make a change . i gotta step up my weightlifting game. i dont like to partake in all the silly posts on here, id rather focus on working out and hooking up with myspace hoes. peace

What worked well for me is 220ish grams of protein, 200 grams of carbs, and 60-80 grams of fat.

Try that for at least a month. The healthy variety foods! ;)

yes i agree.... flex wheeler and jay cutler are two good examples of getting ripped and having zero vascularity. on the other hand paul dillet is a good example of being smooth and being veiny as hell.

im starting to realise that diet is extremely overblown. it really doesnt matter what you eat at all as long as you get a decent amount of protein and carbs in there. during times when i eat real clean im always hungry for something else and i dont feel good. last christmas, and lately, ive been eating anything that i come across and nothing changes. as long as you are burning the calories and getting enuf sleep go ahead and eat the pizza and burgers and fries and cookies, it doesnt matter at all.
i eat probably 2 pounds of french fries a week and my abs are still improving.
