im starting to realise that diet is extremely overblown. it really doesnt matter what you eat at all as long as you get a decent amount of protein and carbs in there. during times when i eat real clean im always hungry for something else and i dont feel good. last christmas, and lately, ive been eating anything that i come across and nothing changes. as long as you are burning the calories and getting enuf sleep go ahead and eat the pizza and burgers and fries and cookies, it doesnt matter at all.
i eat probably 2 pounds of french fries a week and my abs are still improving.
