Of course you should be taking creatine at all times. There are only benefits to using it.

Creatine has tons of benefits. Strength and stamina wise, as well as cognitive and brain function aspects. The stuff is overall a very good thing to supplement.

All steroids increase the uptake of creatine in muscles, so it's not a bad idea to supplement creatine while on.
I've heard of it being especially effective in conjunction with anavar....but any steroid should make it more effective

It's actually very beneficial on cycle.
Personally, i take it when i'm off or cruising for an extra boost.
No harm either way.

I use it because it gives me extra stengh/stimuli while steroids improve recovery, hence more muscle mass gains.

the fucking 3$ a month are worth it even if its just 1% added benefit.
then again, for 3$ you can get 2g of test (raw). makes 500mg more a week ;D

Imo opinion its kind of pointless on cycle since the anabolics will push more water into the muscle cell than creatine ever will, on the flipside though I find it really useful if you're coming off for a break since it seems to keep the already inflated muscle fuller for longer than going straight cold turkey.
