These two guys really made an impact this year probably because of the training style. So i'm just wondering, did you use the "No Rest, Giant Set" type of training with them? I really want to try your style and if it made that big of a difference on these guys it can probably help me too.

And let's say I was to do a shoulder workout. I'd pick 4-6 exercises and do through each one with no rest and do like 3-4 rotations right.

10 exercises. http://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?topic=138114.0

Quote
Training Milos Style:

* Bodypart once or twice a week

* Giant sets of cerca 10 different excersises, all with slightly different purposes, 3-4 times per bodypart

* Very short rest between the excersises inside a giant set, we're talking the 5 seconds it takes to switch excersise.

(courtesy of garraeth)

As with the rest, everything is 10 reps.
No rest between exercises -- finish, walk to next one, start. No pausing.

All movements are slow and controlled unless specified as a "power" movement.

All movements are to full contraction. So at the end of the movement your muscle cramps -- like if you get a leg cramp while watching TV.

At the start of the movement you do not rest. So like at the bottom of laterals you don't just drop the weight, you lower it with control and stop before the weight "disappears" (because of the angle).

Each time through a giant set, add a bit of weight to each exercise (unless it's already too heavy for you, then don't add weight)

I'm trying to add more details, this is a start though. Read the thread. - Hedge

I have the whole Milos stack!

I actually couldn't even bring it back home because I had so many supplements that I didn't want to be interrogated coming back into Canada from Las Vegas.  I gave the Milos stack to my friend!  He promised me he would review it and I seemed to doubt it and even said that since I had heard that promise many times.  Well now I will see to it that he reviews it since I'm very curious.  That and I helped him out and it's the least he can do.

Yeah, i would have loved to get the 50% off complete stack offer, but guess what:

Milos doesn't ship to europe!

Well obviously drugs play a role. But yes, training styles have a huge impact.
