You don't eat olive Oil but I agree - the best results I get from a meditaranian diet - loads of fish and olive oil

yea I am serious. I dont know about assimilating but i am pissing out the nitrogen a lot. I have to drink around 3 gallons or 4 gallons a day. Only about 10% of my diet comes from carbs. I'm in a nutrition class here in college and we had to monitor our eating habits over an extended period of time so I'm telling the truth.
