What's the big deal? All Alex did was march his army across the Rubicon and burn a bridge or two behind him, that's all. I would have done the same. 
This is one of those moments where someone may look back in the future and think, "Maybe that was wrong... but fuck it."
I mean... Sure, sarc has done his fair share of embarrassing people and calling them out on their shit... and sure he's said some racist things... and I get it... Someone thought he needed a lesson or whatever, but really... This is at a level that I really don't know if I've seen before.
To be honest, I think had it actually just been him, it would be less of a deal, but dragging in outsiders... people who have done nothing to anyone here, well... that's a bit different.
I'm not saying that what was done is "evil", but it certainly does have a little hint of wrong to it... Maybe it's not a big deal.... I dunno.
I kind of appreciate what Squad brings to getbig actually... I also appreciate what the others bring and I think that's what makes this board cool.
I do see why Alex was upset... saying stuff about someone's girl who isn't around and doesn't post anything is on that edge as far as I'm concerned.
There will always be an escalation... Alex and in turn Derek took it to a whole other level.
