the dude's got gigantic joints and looks fairly thick all over. strikes me as the kinda guy who moved a fair amount of weight the first time he hopped onto a bench.

only thing i'm calling BS on is the weight claim. i mean, SF says he's six foot and between 230 and 240. that's two inches shorter than me and around the same weight, but compare his pics to mine and i'd say he's at least 30 pounds over me (and no, i'm not saying 30 pounds of fat, just 30 pounds overall). six foot at 235-ish isn't going to look like that.

keep in mind that isn't an insult to the guy, just that he looks a fair amount heavier than 230 if he's six feet tall.
