I need some advice, I train 5 days now. I wanted to know if it was better to do a mon-fri or a 2on/1 off.3on/1off or the other way around.?? mY goal is to gain mass..
this is my split right now
chest/abs
back and traps
quads/hams
shoulders/calves
arms
I use modate volume.
