It's for PVL, there's others with different music, but youtube flagged the one that i have on facebook cause of the music that was used. Let me know your thoughts? I think David did an awesome job! or bash away!

lol i don't have to register with SREA i don't sell real estate ::) i develop it. And what answering service r u talking about?. We bought the building in April of 2008! and where would my transactions be registered?, um if again i don't sell real estate!!!

Damn Matt looking JACKED!! As for the legs part what really helped me is separating quads and hams, doing them on different days. For hamstrings, lots of heavy giant heavy sets. I would do 8 reps, reps then rest for 10 seconds then do 8 reps again, rest for 10 seconds do another 6-reps again. Sometimes i would have 4-5 short 10 second rest periods in one set. That really brought my hammies up :) Trying to do the same for my calves now.
