Does anyone have one?  The instructions aren't really clear on how much skin to pinch.

Anyone know?  ???

Thank you, I've got a digital caliper.  My problem is that I don't know exactly how much skin to pinch though.  Should I pinch like 3 inches or like 6 inches?
