His Synthol injections have gotten so bad, that the doctors are warning him that he might be forced to lose his entire arm if he doesn’t do something about it.

He has recently made a video in which he shows off the horrible condition of his biceps and is seemingly begging for help. Kiril claims that he has set up a fundraiser and for the much-needed operation in the UK which he claims cost £37,760.

Thought the UK had socialized medicine? He can't get his arm fixed for free? This is the what liberals in the US point to. They think a guy like this could get professional mental health care and get his arm fixed before it rots and has to get cut off for free with socialized medicine. Maybe in the early stages you could drain alot of it. Because after a while the SEO turns to jello or fibrous tissue. Pockets of jello basically. In between little tissue he has that is actually muscle. After a while the SEO also replaces real muscle tissue. Because it is a foreign substance for the body so you will also se necrosis and inflamation.
