Ok these pics were taken a week ago i think.. Ronnie had one of his triaining camps. He's 320lbs at around 7%bf. I really feel sorry for Jay having to go up against someone like Ronnie. I mean the man is not human anymore, he has surpassed all other greats in the sport. And is now soon to be in a league of his own, once he takes home # 9. How he is still able to train the way he does is beyond me. And left arms looks fine, does not look smaller then the right arm due the the elbow problems he was having..

jay cutler wouldnt win a competition against lee labrada at his best,, what makes you think he can take the mr o from ron? not a chance
ron takes jay cutler (and not by small margin) in every aspect of bodybuilding that INCLUDES mid section. jay cutler does have work ethics though! that i gotta give him
