Yes it's essentially a low carb diet. Carbs carry water so cutting carbs is cutting water in the body, if you go really low on carbs for a number of days you will experience this.

I dieted for the past 2 months and lost 28 lbs .. I am trying to get to 6% naturally. This is my goal. Is both an experiment and obviously an exercise in discipline. I am close to my goal (8% now). After I am done I will post pics and my diet and what the experience has been. Maybe others can benefit from the info.

This is a really dumb diet for naturals, even by Gypsy standards. Keto with no AAS=great way to widdle away down to nothing and finally squeeze into those slim-fit Schmedium t-shirts. Goodbye glycogen and thyroid hormones.

i guess the 'humble' dosen't apply here ,,,you have big arms ,very good fdb pose,but in some shot's u looked harder than others,your legs could have more seperation on those stage shots ,,that could have been some more water dropped and drier condition closer to 180 than 190..you have good shape and good build otherwise,and saw newer pics and like i said big arms ,is the rest the same or close and apply today .

Diet is low carbs high protein - not zero/keto - you need some carbs.
I have 20 years of lifting under my belt at this point and know hat works and what doesnt for myself.

I have been in and out of gyms for 20 years or so.
Most guys really dont work out that hard or lie to themselves that they are working out hard.
My guess is CN loafs around the gym - does a few sets here and there of curls, maybe some lateral raises, a few sets of leg extensions, 25 minutes on the ab machine, and goes home.
Not knocking it - just that working out like that does not build lasting durable muscle.

If you want to drop fat and not lose too much muscle and dont want to do power lifting try this one out.
This worked real well for me. I'm not trying to be a dick - i used this and it helped drop a shit load of fat off me the last 6 months and retain muscle while dieting.
