Another person who just knows its not worth working out. He does like to hang around schmoes in the real and virtual life though.

Not a photoshop. This guy has some funky stuff going on in his other arms genetically. Apparently it's been much bigger since he was a kid.

Yeah, he was on that Modern Marvel's show or whatever that is a Stan Lee thing. He is like a fiddler crab.
