When are your going to realise this IS bodybuilding and size = muscle development.

His proportion is actually BETTER than Victor because he actually has legs to match the upper body.
His conditioning is as good as Vic's or better.

So how the hell are you going to award Victor: a less developed guy, with disproportionate legs, and sub-par conditioning over Jay?
That would have been a real outrage.
