I am starting to hate the pace of startups. Everyday is some new fucking crisis that really isn't a crisis but more like a hair across somebody's ass.

I want to make my fuck-you money and then open a gym/gun store. Maybe put a fucking bar in there too.

A buddy of mine just opened a "Tilted Kilt" franchise. It's basically a Hooter's with an Irish theme. I think that he did it to get a man-cave where he can drink.

Anyway, it's probably a nightmare to manage, all those dim fucking Hooter's chicks in kilts.

We are moving stock market assets into RE. There are still a load of bank repos, short sales and messy divorce properties  out there. Look for a State where the middle class population is on the rise with corresponding good employment figures. Our RE investments have gone up in value 48% in 18 months.

those are the places ppl with no money spend what little money they do have.

like being in the toilet paper industry.. recession-proof (except the gym.. we take a 30-40% hit in a recession)

that's like 300k US... I think the majority here aren't even worth that. lol

maybe 10mil in Vietnamese Dong. (I think around 500 US now.. not long ago that was about 1k US)

Most net worths are asset based valuation ie equity and you can't eat equity. What should have been asked is liquid net worth and a million in liquidity is huge now adays

My net worth is heavy weight on the RE side/equipment while I have good liquidity, about 10% of my net worth it's never enough
