Funerals and Church gatherings bring out some of the best brawls amongst family members great stuff, many times I attend just to see the fights.

haha....there is a very over-crowded black church on the way to my gym and on Weds nights people are always over-flowing outside.....just dressed to the tops with 3 piece suits, tails, even saw a top hat or two.....just unreal.

I once read in a book about black life in the south...That many poorer family would teach there children to steal nice clothes they could wear to church on Sundays.

Gypsies do this in the UK - I used to work security in a department store and we were forever trying to stop the gypsy women from nicking wedding dresses - apparently it was part of their culture that the dress had to be a stolen one.

When I was growing up, we went to rummage sales and flea markets for clothes, whether it was church or school. Only new stuff I really got was socks and drawers. But you do what you got to do when you grow up in the hood. But I kept it pimpin.
