HELP!!!!...Late nite cravings

AHHHH shit is fuking annoying for some reason lately ive been getting real bad cravings in the evenings around 10 or so. Not necissarily for anything bad although there is alot of bad shit in the house so i do eat it from time to time. Ive been eating beef jerky, chicken, beef and drinking a coke zero or some diet soda. Any ideas on better snacks or ideas on what i could do?

drink a shake with some nuts ( almonds or cashews do the trick perfectly )

Great Idea.  I usually just add Peanut Butter to my shakes and that does the trick.

Dude i have the same problem, I tend to make some homemade protien cookies or like flexington says have some almonds or cashews to try take the edge off.

Yeah man I add Peanut Butter/oats/wheyPowder/honey and some low carb chocolate chips and mix it up and bake for like 12 mins.....darn good, just dont have too much;D.

thats a good idea.

try chewing sunflower seeds, if you just wanna eat, and its not really 'hunger'. one entire bag of sunflower seeds (the medium sized ones, not the huge or the litte) will only be lik 300 calories..its good for you (especially if your natural..get those fats for test production)...and it will take you like 2 hours to eat an entire bag of sunflower seeds if you eat the seeds on by one like a baseball player.


i like jalapeno flavored from jim beam brand (like the whiskey)

bingo...but for me it's usually something unhealthy and loaded with carbs that crave.  I'm fine during the day but it's like I have to have something good to wind down the day with

i have late night cravings all the time - I usually quell them with a bowl of oatmeal mixed with milk, a casein based protein shake and a sugar-free jelly to fool my body into thinking it's had something sweet.
