any stories about what nasser used to eat /?

ho w much, how often and what ? like how much and what he ate at mcdonalds ?

He used to eat lots of McDonalds before especially when travelling.  Keith/no worries had some story about how he kept eating big mac's in Hawaii when he invited him to promote his show in I think 2000.  However, since Feb/09 Nasser stopped eating at McDonalds completely, this was after he watched  Supersize Me, as that really had an impact on him.  Have any of you guys seen it?  It's that documentary which studies a guy who eats only McDonalds for 30 days.  He got so turned off I remember he emailed me and told me about it saying he'll never eat McDonalds again, and recently told me he has stuck to that since.

However Nasser does believe that eating junk food in general here and there is good for building size especially if you are not drug free.

Tell him to shave his head. Whats the point in having half a head of hair? All or nothing ffs.

So claiming to be heterosexual while taking pictures of having a pool cue up your ass makes more sense than leaving a bald/receding hairline without shaving it off? 

Anyway Nasser does have a shaved head now - check out the recent pics I posted from my visit in Jan/2010 which start around around page 125 for shaved head pics.  The oneswith hair in the last 10 or so pages are pictures from about 95 to 2007.

I doubt that, since the great  gh15 is the one who created the title "The beautiful man with glasses" and said Nasser was "as good as it gets from the front"

3 whole chickens for breakfast with 6 gallons of milk
followed by 2 hours of cardio - canoeing in Coranado Bay

Sammy is still in great shape and 2 years ago competed in the Nabba Masters Pro universe in England.

this Australian BB is actually Terry Mitsos, not Sammy, i think.

Sammy is about 5"5'.
