Everything is faster (and stronger) in the NFL. As a rookie you literally have to learn to play the game all over again. All of these guys have a ridiculous first step.

That's why it's laughable when people say Bama (or any other college team) could beat Jacksonville (or the worst NFL team).

I think what most people dont understand is that only the top of the top ever even make it to the NFL and of them only the top of the top ever even start.
So the players in the nfl are head and shoulders above 99.9% of college players.

lmfao the guy is 26, if he makes a team (which i highly doubt he will) and if he then starts/plays (which is even more unlikely) he will have a career thats maybe 2-3 years long at best.

Here in the states the 2 most common adjectives used before a European prospect over the past 20 to 30 years has been "Weak/Soft" and "A bust"

LOL, they get at most 45 seconds between plays if there isnt a time out or penalty.
Doesnt matter if they have padding or not the NFL is a much more physical game than rugby at the end of the day and the padding is a part of what makes it like that.
without padding you have to worry about your body and head a lot more, with padding you can hit a lot harder and inflict more damage
