Why didn't Nasser's career go the way of Arnold's?

Nasser is super intelligent, has movie star good looks and could have easily been a giant movie star and politician.  Reading his stories from bb.com you can tell that he is current with major events and could have out performed Arnold as governor of Cali if he had the job.

Why did Nasser choose to lay low and not go for the spotlight after his bb career ended?

He would have made a bad ass action start for sure and probably could have parlayed that success into politics easily.  He could have been a great ambasador to opening peace talks with the middle east.

I just feel Nasser wasted a great opportunity to change the world by being a recluse in San Diego.

I think Nasser is great, but his not particularly attractive. His a smart guy, but which actors are smart?

He could have been some bad arse bad guy in Commando or something - better then that awful excuse for an Australian bad guy.

You have to look at people like Gunter/Roland, why aren't they hitting it big time? Are they too like Arnold? Because there much more pleasing to the eye, and giving it a shot!
