Cool! Bodyweight and kettlebells are great for that. I'm still doing Systema and getting kicked or punched in the balls with amazing regularity.
I really do train boxing and BJJ but I was joking about the pilates and yoga. I have been lifting all my life. I do like kettlebells. Bodyweight exercises are great for some things, but obviously nothing builds pure strength like lifting.
You were probably serious about the Pilates. I'm only working on increasing functional strength now no more bodybuilding.
