No, sometimes when I feel the whole world is against me the only people I can count on are my iron brothers. One time I was at the park doing by normal workout of bodyweight lunges and knee pushups. I was going along just fine and then I cramped up mid lunge. I watched a few dozen people walk by me and no one helped me :( I was stuck, mid lunge, all my bodyweight keeping me down as gravity played an evil trick on me. Then out of no where Archer from Getbig came up and offered me hand and said "Nice to meet you Danielson :)". True story.
