Heading to the boardwalk to watch the town shoot fireworks out over the ocean. They do it early at around 5PM. It's dark here by then. I'll have some beer in a dive beach bar. Then come home and fight to stay awake till midnight.

Loved New Year’s Eve when young and single and spending every New Year’s Eve in nightclubs, nowadays it’s just another day probably will be asleep when it countdown.
A few Festive drinks last week with old mates turned into a 14 hour bender so still a bit put off by the drink at minute so no drinks probably

Our 10th wedding anniversary was Dec. 7 so we’re opening a bottle of champagne a client gave to us on our wedding and day. Other than that, staying in as we usually do on amateur nights.

35db noise reduction ear plugs and the rest is easy. They are super cheap when you buy them in bulk.
It's a waste of time and money going out to "celebrate" the new year. The last time I did go out was in 1999, too bad Y2K was a hoax... I was really hoping for TEOTWAWKI.
