I always prefered with food. Some orals can leave you feeling queezy on an emty stomach and I am a firm believer that with food it will be absorbed better. Skip coffee and orals at the same time due to coffee's ability to disrupt the absorbtion of certain vitamins and nutrients. Drink a good amount of water with it all and you will be good.

On an empty stomach, you always run the risk of the pill dropping into the bile at the bottom of your stomach which contains acid and has the strength to disentegrate a dime. Always with food

The only thing I take on an empty stomach is clen and t-3...everything else with food.

at least with some milk to avoid compromising the strength of the clen

No milk for me...I love it, but to much sugar...I am very carb sensitive. Clen just works better for me with nothing in my gut.
