I am probably not taking in too many calories. I am a tad concerned about E2, so I started taking .25mg adex EOD. Let's see what that does. Old men like myself already have a bunch of fucking E2 in our systems.

Yeah, I am not going to him. There is a for-profit blood lab that I can get it done for $79 and they email the results.
My plan is to monitor myself for this experimental year.

For the iPhone generation, a free app called "Camera+" has a timer feature (up to 30 seconds) another free app called "Camera!" has timed interval shots (every 5 seconds) so you can set it up and grab a few frames to check out.
So far, there has been no reason for me to have kept any of them :-X

More than decent arms for sure, good balance between size and definition and just very good shape overall.
Only negative thing I can point out is the acne which seems to be getting a lot better lately.

True but if you go in a lower weight class you gain experience and a plastic trophy 8). Bigro and Hazbin would agree that experience helps getting to their level.
