It's called high Protein nothing else, also know as the crash diet.
The diet basicly consists of only Protein Powder mixed with water 8 times a day and that's it.
Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Judging by the way previously hot and thick chicks look now (see Nikki Cox, Christina Ricci, Jenna Jameson, etc) ...I'd say the combo of coke and meth is the new Hollywood diet.

I'm realy concerned about Hollywood "discovering" Protein Powder as a diet... Wait until you see some of these Bitches like Victoria Beckham or Brad Pit walk around with their personal Shaker in hand and you know we have a problem on our hand.

Thats what I'm worried about, and wait for Gaytech to jump onto the Celeb band wagon, their first Celeb Protein shake with real GOLD and Diamonds flaks (it makes the inner part of your stomach bleed so your Body can take on the Protein faster) is going to be a killer indeed.

Actually the new diet craze in hollywood is the 'master cleanse' where you go a week without eating anything but a drink with lemon, chayenne pepper and maple syrup... btw everyone else calls it 'starving'

PSMF may stand for Protein Strictly, Minimal Fat, as well. 8)
150-180 grams of protein and 4-6 grams of EFA's everyday. And a little broccoli if you want I think.
A carb loading day every 20th day or so.

My wife wanted to do that diet a while ago. I told her it was a bad idea and she didn't. She didn't need it anyway.

Nothing new. This diet was popular back in the 70's. It was called the liquid protein diet and a few people died while on it due to lack of fat.

I'm not sure. I know that if you look up enlarged prostate or prostatitis on some medical site, it isn't that uncommon to have such reactions to milk, alcohol, or coffee. for me, only milk does it

Don't know if you are kidding with the meaning of the abbreviation but PSMF stands for 'Protein Sparing Modified Fast'. It's a diet used medically on morbidly obese. What Lyle has done is add the EFAs at 6-10 grams a day as well as implement re-feed days to minimize lean tissue loss etc.
If one is in a hurry to look his best at a certain date, say in 2-4 weeks or so, it's the best and fastest method to do so.
