It's called high Protein nothing else, also know as the crash diet.The diet basicly consists of only Protein Powder mixed with water 8 times a day and that's it.Pretty pathetic if you ask me.
Judging by the way previously hot and thick chicks look now (see Nikki Cox, Christina Ricci, Jenna Jameson, etc) ...I'd say the combo of coke and meth is the new Hollywood diet.

Actually the new diet craze in hollywood is the 'master cleanse' where you go a week without eating anything but a drink with lemon, chayenne pepper and maple syrup... btw everyone else calls it 'starving'
My wife wanted to do that diet a while ago. I told her it was a bad idea and she didn't. She didn't need it anyway.

Thats what I'm worried about, and wait for Gaytech to jump onto the Celeb band wagon, their first Celeb Protein shake with real GOLD and Diamonds flaks (it makes the inner part of your stomach bleed so your Body can take on the Protein faster) is going to be a killer indeed.
i can't use any of those protein powders. for whatever reason i always end up getting a prostate infection if i use protein powders or if i consume a glass of milk
