It become pretty obvious strongmen have way unsymetrical bodies when the slim down, they have absolutely no legs arms lats hamstrings compared to bodybuilders...Bodybuild ers it sthe shit! They got every muscles fully devolped. I like bodybuilding more n more actually!
When I see him train legs/squat it become very clear why they all have such bad developed quads. They dosent hit the muscles who need to be HIT to get muscles.
