Depressed, but he already looked disappointed yesterday. For a guy who's always talking about this positive thinking bullshit, mentally he's not as strong as you'd expect.
Anyway, he's lucky to get third IMO. I thought Victor was better. Either way, it's good to see Vic back in the top 6.

Absolutely, never liked his Physique however his Character and the way he contacts himself in General has always been of a High standard, dont think ive ever seen such a Humble, Graceless loser before, he is a Class act as far as his Personality and character are concerned no doubt about it good luck to the Man.

Jay had about a 45 inch waist, legit. I don't know why Jay insists on crunching his abs in the ab/thigh pose, it compresses his obliques and makes them stick out even farther.

again ,, its jason who lost show...not heath who won it,, jason was not 100% ,, and yes philsulina is narrow you cant change it ,, what you see is delts and arms the delts give illusion of being wide but no he is very very narrow ,, use your eyes to look from waist up to chest,, the fella is simply narrow,, he won against bunch of balonie,, the all 3 dimentional is again as i said million times in the bible MEGA DOSING HGH AND INSULINA,, thats how you get 3 dimentional ,, he has good muscle shape but! as i said jason condition was horrible ..and his waist is out of control,, he lost it ,,never the less neither are worthy of mr o ,, horrible bodybuilding

It's not been the greatest one this year that's for sure. A lot of the guys came in looking a bit skinny and they seemed to have overdieted just to beat their rivals on conditioning. I've got a feeling it won't be long before we have another Munzer or Benaziza incident.

An in-shape Cutler is infinitely better than Heath. No one on that stage belongs up there with a prime Coleman or Yates.
Heath deserved to win because there was no one worth talking about this year. Very much a best out a bad bunch situation.
