Shirt is loose as hell because it's XL..

God you cry a lot, make excuses and think it is all drugs.
If you are tall and thin, you are going to have a harder time filling out your arms.
How about a natural female, total three years training with one year out for an achilles rupture.
Granted, getting around on crutches helped my arms.
