i just spoke with his camp on the phone and they said alex is in the best condition of his life,dryed out and vasculer beyond belief,im glad to hear it and im looking forward to tomorrow

Let's hope the judges let him stand between Darrem and Heath. If not, that will fuel some internet conspiracies for a good week...

no matter how dry or vascular he is he still doesnt have a chest...too bad...he wont make top 10.

im predicting a top 3 placing at worst,im not a judge though so well have to wait to see whos predictions were more accurate

i would like to see him do well but i dont see it happening...we will see soon enough.

The shape and top 5 structure is not their ,he is blocky and even if he is in insane conditioning he still will not win due to other factors not including his physique ,such as bbing politics.he hasn't impressed anyone yet in the u.s. yet.

I think he could place top 10 depending on excellent conditioning , his chest is torn but so was Levrones !! now Alex doesn't have a chest as great as Kevin but the rest of him is pretty damn impressive .

Gracie have prob. never seen a pro up close before. When I first did that I had a very haard time to see that guy getting beat by anybody! But at contest time - onstage - he did not look as impressive as in the gym, and ended up placing 3.rd. When you see Alexander today you also will get the same type of realitycheck. His chest destroys his relaxed front pose, and that is what judges base callouts on.

If his chest is still broke, which is probably the case he's sunk. But he looks awesome just about everywhere else.

i have seen almost every pro around up close,includin yates in 95,nasser in 96,ray,newman,demayo,mattarazzo,titus ect,you name them ive most likely met them in person and see them pose.ive trained next to yates and wheeler back in the 90,s,and im telling you that alex is as if not more impressive then them all,he reminds me of dorian back in the day.jersey has tons of shows every year with great guest posers to boot,for those whove been to kempers shows knows he gets great guest posers.lets not assume cause you know how the saying goes

His chest is actually not that bad now but that's not his problem, lack of conditioning is his problem. He looked real soft in the glutes and hams and with soooo many guys in much better shape I doubt he'll make top 12. I wish him all the best though, I know he came far and trained hard for this show.

no excuse here,he wasnt dry enough for the show,period.im still a huge fan of the guy cause hes a great guy who treats people with respect,hes young enough to make the proper adjustments to have better placings in future shows imo

With all due respect he was carrying a thick layer of fat not water. He was 6 weeks out. He needs to forget about size and go back to the diet he used in his amateur days.

your right,he was off at the ny pro,ill still believe he can get it together to place better in future contest,i really wanted him to place well,i guess some of you can understand why,he was training along side us everyday at the gym and the guy is really cool and freindly, you couldnt help feeling like you were part of his team so to speak.oh well,i was wrong this time and im sure ill be wrong afew more times trying to predict outcomes of bodybuilding shows,it was worth it though cause its better to root for someone and get let down then not root for no one at all.im still on the federov bandwagon,i really beleive he has the tools to be a force one day
