Snow fucking sucks

You may have seen the picture in the paper but a house six houses to the left of one of my family members got knocked down completely by a mud slide in San Rafael, California. 

One of the neighbors across the street happened to shoot a video of it while it got knocked over.

Today I've heard that it's just a huge mud pile with the home completely buried.

On the good side ... this rainy season marks the end of California's draught as all the water reservoirs are full enough to release some flow ..... but now I'm hearing that some of the dams are showing cracks and breaking.

Yeah I guess no matter where you live you will deal with some issues.Couldn't handle earthquakes in cali,hate snow in. Northeast,Definitely wouldnt like hurrricanes in Florida and tornadoes in midewest freak me out.I guess I would move to Georgia if I had the chance.

They are cheap and very, very solid cars. You get a great value for money.
They used to be a bit ugly but now they are cheap, solid AND beautifull (its in the eye of the beholder)

I grew up in NH and never liked the cold and long season of snow.

So, I moved south and never lived up there again, as an adult.

Problem solved.

ERIC, Why do you dislike California?

I think that there have been books written about California breaking away from the mainland and becoming an island after a major quake.
