A lot of benching and squatting. Brisk walks in the fresh air can work wonders. Wheat germ, liver tabs, glandulars and a lot of water.

AAS did not cause my prostate cancer but it sure as hell escalated it's growth. But people still drink and it can have adverse effects, people smoke and causes cancer, people drive fast or drunk and causes death. If you can figure out a way to get humans from intentionally hurting ourselfs you will be a billionaire.

Talk with peer reviewed studies refs. and black-on-white facts if you want to speak about a subject, that clearly requires scientific basis, to even begin. Oh wait.. you just want to bash steroids and these who use 'em. Go on.

Steroids are not good for you.
It is just plain stupid what has been going around the boards lately.

Testosterone levels in the high normal range are good for you, meaning testosterone taken in replacement doses is good for you, but AAS in bodybuilding doses is not healthy, period.
People that think they are safe are completely delusional, and this is coming from someone that regularly uses them.

So far so good - 5 months and going strong. I'll let you all know when the AAS make me drop dead.
